Cyndi Lauper is known for appearing both in very colourful and formal outfits, including peculiar hairdos. She is also known to love walking barefoot... sometimes this is shown in videos and pictures, sometimes not. Pictures might include the one above (from PEOPLE magazine), or the ones below. In whatever outfit or hairdo she might appear, people might say that even before there was something like girlie trends, Cyndi was not only one of them, but boosting it over the top already... and quite nicely so.
