Demi Moore - some people see her as one of the current goddesses of film, TV and magazines... Others call her a totally failure as far as acting is concerned... and again others criticize her for appearing nude on screen and in magazines, but then again claiming to be a loving mother... As far as her acting quality is concerned, she has received the Golden Raspberry Award for the worst performance of a woman in a leading role for her performance in GI Jane. - Sort of an 'Anti-Oscar'... I have seen several movies with her, and in some her acting wasn't very convincing, in others it was rather nice, and in a few it was really good. I guess the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

Whatever one might think, Demi Moore is truly no conventional person. She would call herself being rather conservative... but then also has no problem to appear nude and pregnant on a magazine cover, since she thinks nudity in itself not being something bad or indecent. She also tells her children thus, and also had no problems confronting them with nudity on the beaches of the Cote d'Azur.

Being barefoot at different occasions, or in motion pictures, is normal for her as well. Barefoot movie appearances include the role the clairvoyant young woman Marins in The Butcher's Wife and the voice talents (spoken, not the songs) for Walt Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame, where she provided the fittignly slightly husky voice for barefoot and beautiful gypsy dancer Esmeralda.
