Barefoot in the snow!
Having tried and succeeded in walking barefoot on snow, slush and
slightly frosty conditions, here is proof by photograph, taken on
February 2, 2008 and most recently in January 2010 (and yes, that
is a skirt I'm wearing in the 2nd & 3rd picture...):
