First of all, it does mean, that Strongbow, another alter ego of mine has reached the level of an Immortal, a God, to be precise, in a CircleMUD.
Secondly, 'non-public' means, that that MUD is not open for the public, and just there for coding, building and testing. (It was planned, that Elysium was to be opened after its test phase)

So far, Strongbow has been busy building the first two zones of an area based on the ElfQuest® Graphic Novel series. All of the area will be finished within the next 2 months, I guess (complete with the NPCs you need to make it a true ElfQuest® area).
